Sergei Sobyanin proposed to sign an agreement on socio-economic cooperation between Lower Saxony and Moscow.
“There is no such agreement between our regions, and, probably, this is wrong. We could sign an agreement that would predetermine and accelerate the development of our relations in the field of culture, tourism, economy, transport and in a number of other areas, ”he said.
Stefan Weil noted improvements in the city. In addition, he decided to visit the Russian capital once a year to contribute to the development of relations between Moscow and Lower Saxony.
“Moscow, as is known, is the largest city in Europe. And it is very pleasant that, unlike many large cities in Asia or America, Moscow continues to be a comfortable city for living, personifies urbanism in the Western sense. And I can say that I feel very good in Moscow. This is certainly related to your policy,”the Prime Minister of Lower Saxony emphasized.
